LaGrange County Arts 5th Annual Summer Arts Festival
Artist Registration

Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Downtown LaGrange

LaGrange County Arts, Inc. invites artists of all disciplines to display, sell, and demonstrate their work at the 5th Annual Summer Arts Festival. In keeping with the 250th celebration of the founding of our nation, we encourage patriotic expression as well as traditional subject matter.

Event Guidelines

• This is a Family-friendly event. Professional conduct required

• LCA reserves the right to reject artwork unsuitable for all ages.

• Only non-invasive weights are allowed to secure canopies and displays.  Metal stakes or anchors are prohibited.

• Set-up begins 7:45 AM

• Check in is required at the registration table to receive booth assignment and sign liability release form. Artists under 18 years of age require adult authorization on the release form.

• Tear-down begins 1:00 PM (early tear-down discouraged)

• Failure to comply with event guidelines may result in removal from the event 

Weather Policy

• The Summer Arts Festival will be held rain or shine. Artists should bring coverings or protective materials as needed.

Non-refundable Booth Fees 

• Booth rental fees must accompany the registration form in advance of the event.

• Adult Artists (18+): $30

• Youth Artists: $15 (Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at their booth)

• Booth space approx. 10’ x 10’ (all supplies needed to show are the responsibility of the showing artist)

• Checks are accepted payable to: LaGrange County Arts, Inc. at P.O. Box 102, LaGrange, IN 46761.

• PayPal is also accepted: @lagrangecountyarts. Be sure to select “Summer Arts Festival” as the designated fund, and include your first and last name in the notes section of the payment.
